Meet Your Coach
For years, I worked as a Licensed Occupational Therapist, helping people recover and regain their independence. But I kept seeing the same pattern — so many of the health challenges my clients faced could have been prevented with the right guidance, nutrition, and lifestyle changes.
That realization sparked a passion that led me to become a Certified Integrative Health Practitioner. Now, through Living Well & Whole, I combine my clinical background with evidence-based nutrition, natural wellness strategies, and my deep faith to help people transform their health from the inside out.
I believe that true wellness is more than just what you eat or how much you exercise — it's about nourishing your body, mind, and spirit. Programs range from 6 weeks to 6 months depending on the service. Group programs run in 6-week cycles, while 1-on-1 coaching is typically 3 or 6 months. During your free consultation, we'll discuss which program length makes the most sense for your goals.
Yes! I work with clients both virtually via Zoom and in-person in the Jacksonville, Florida area. Virtual sessions are just as effective and give you the flexibility to meet from anywhere. Most of my clients choose virtual sessions for convenience.
